How is the Karahi cooked?+
All our karahis are prepared fresh to order on high heat with fresh tomatoes, ginger, and garlic. We use only premium cuts of meat and authentic desi spices to ensure the perfect traditional taste in every bite.
What are your delivery hours?+
Our BBQ ovens and kitchen deliver from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM every day. We recommend placing your order early on weekends as we experience high demand for our Mutton Karahi and BBQ platters.
Do you deliver to my area in Karachi?+
We proudly deliver across Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Gulistan-e-Johar, Federal B Area, Scheme 33, and all areas along Abul Hassan Isphahani Road. You can check your exact delivery eligibility and fee by entering your address at checkout.
Is your meat Halal?+
Yes, 100%. We only source fresh, certified Halal meat from trusted local suppliers in Karachi. Our kitchen follows strict Halal preparation standards for all our Karahi, Handi, BBQ, and Katakat items.
What are your most popular dishes?+
Our top-selling items include Mutton Karahi (Red and White), Chicken Boneless Makhni Handi, Lahori Grilled Chargha, Chicken Malai Boti, and our famous Peshawari Chapli Kabab. The Marhaba Special BBQ Platter is perfect for family gatherings.
Do you offer Half and Full portions?+
Yes! Most of our Karahi and Handi items are available in both Half and Full portions. You can easily select your preferred portion size and see the exact price adjustment in the item customization menu.
How long does delivery take?+
Average delivery time is 30 to 45 minutes depending on your location and traffic conditions on Abul Hassan Isphahani Road. During peak dinner hours (8:00 PM - 11:00 PM), it may take slightly longer.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), all major Debit/Credit Cards, and popular mobile wallets like Easypaisa and JazzCash. Online payments are processed through secure gateways for your safety.
Can I customize my order for less spice?+
Absolutely. You can add special instructions at checkout. We can adjust the spice level for most dishes, including our Karahi and Handi items, to suit your family's taste preferences.
Do you offer catering for events and parties?+
Yes, we cater for weddings, mehndis, corporate events, and large family gatherings across Karachi. Please contact our catering team at least 24 hours in advance for bulk orders and special deals.
Are there any vegan or vegetarian options?+
While we are primarily a BBQ and Karahi restaurant, we do offer vegetarian sides like Raita, Fresh Green Salad, Daal, and various Naan/Roti options. Please check our menu for the complete list of available sides.
How do I track my order?+
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation SMS or WhatsApp message. You can also call our customer service number to get a real-time update on your rider's location.
Do you have dine-in facilities?+
Yes, Marhaba Bar B Q & Restaurant offers a comfortable family dine-in area at our Abul Hassan Isphahani Road branch. We also offer takeaway and home delivery for your convenience.
What is your cancellation policy?+
You can cancel your order free of charge within 2 minutes of placing it. After that, if the kitchen has already started cooking, cancellation may not be possible. Please call us immediately if you need to cancel.
Do you charge for delivery?+
Yes, a small delivery fee applies based on your distance from our branch. The exact fee is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We occasionally run free delivery promotions for nearby areas.
